2. Concierge & Hospitality Services
Rose Concierge provides hospitality guidance, recommendations, concierge assistance, access coordination, event and dining support, and related services. The specific scope of any service may depend on the request, availability, membership level, partner terms, and any separate agreement or communication provided to you.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a reservation, event, ticket, venue, experience, upgrade, or other requested arrangement will be available or confirmed.
3. Third-Party Venues, Providers & Experiences
Many services, reservations, events, dining experiences, accommodations, transportation arrangements, or other experiences may be provided by independent third parties. Rose Concierge may assist with coordination, but unless expressly stated otherwise, Rose Concierge does not own or control those third-party businesses.
Third-party providers may maintain their own terms, cancellation rules, privacy policies, age restrictions, dress codes, payment policies, and other requirements. You are responsible for complying with the applicable provider's terms.
4. Requests, Reservations & Availability
All requests are subject to availability. Prices, operating hours, availability, policies, menus, entertainment, event details, and other information may change without notice. We may need additional information from you before we can process or coordinate a request.
A request should not be considered confirmed until you receive confirmation from Rose Concierge or the applicable third-party provider.
5. Fees, Payments & Cancellations
When fees, deposits, membership charges, ticket costs, reservation charges, or third-party costs apply, those amounts and any applicable cancellation terms may be communicated separately before or during the booking process.
Third-party charges may be governed by the third party's own refund and cancellation policies. Rose Concierge is not responsible for a third party's refusal to issue a refund where that third party's terms do not provide for one.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Rose Concierge services or to opt in to receive SMS/text messages from Rose Concierge.
6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Text messaging is optional. If you check the SMS consent box or otherwise expressly opt in, you agree to receive service-related and occasional promotional text messages from Rose Concierge at the mobile number you provide.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You are responsible for providing a valid mobile number that you are authorized to use. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions.

The website and information provided through it are offered on an “as available” basis. Recommendations are based on information available to us and may involve subjective judgment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rose Concierge disclaims warranties not expressly provided in writing.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rose Concierge and Rose Hospitality LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or third-party services, including cancellations, delays, changes, loss of reservations, provider actions, or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
